Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted

messy breakfast room slow clearing

My experience had some downsides. The breakfast room was a mess, it seemed staff did not try to keep things clean. Preserves had spillage. Empty serving dishes sat there for a while. I saw caked serving spoons. Tables were cleared slowly, many vacated tables were messy.

the creek kitchen offered a variety of food i found the serving in the m club lounge elevated. the staffs were superstars especially yogesh jennicka and che from reception. reda made my special karak tsai.

it took a long time to get hot water in the shower late in the evening

superb creek view stay

smooth check-in moroccan coffee large lounge amazing food

yogesh provided a smooth check-in and showed genuine care. manal and laila served special moroccan coffee with a smile in the lobby. tanzim at reception was very kind and encouraging. the m club lounge is large and offers amazing food and drinks so it's definitely worth checking out

i noticed the body wash dispenser was not refilled during my entire stay that's a small detail but i feel it's worth mentioning
