My experience had some downsides. The breakfast room was a mess, it seemed staff did not try to keep things clean. Preserves had spillage. Empty serving dishes sat there for a while. I saw caked serving spoons. Tables were cleared slowly, many vacated tables were messy.

yogesh provided a smooth check-in and showed genuine care. manal and laila served special moroccan coffee with a smile in the lobby. tanzim at reception was very kind and encouraging. the m club lounge is large and offers amazing food and drinks so it's definitely worth checking out

i noticed the body wash dispenser was not refilled during my entire stay that's a small detail but i feel it's worth mentioning
